feet - hurt
sigh..
tml is the 10km run.
but i had hurt my feet. =(
it had been for a week.
fearing that the doctor will discontinue me from running on sat. i decided not to see a doc but rub oil on my own..
but today's event work had really made my feet even worst.. it gotta be the high heel. and i started the morning late. could not wake up at 6.15am.... so i had to run to the station and to ritz carlton..
sigh..
what to do.................................
